Request to delete your account

Submit a deletion request for your Niawu account. We will verify your identity and process eligible requests in line with our Privacy Policy.

Account deletion is permanent once processed. Please read what happens next.

  • Your profile, posts, and personal settings will be removed or anonymized.
  • Some records (such as completed ticket purchases) may be retained where required by law.
  • Processing may take up to 30 days after we verify your request.
  • You can also delete your account from the Niawu mobile app under Settings.
