Mobile app (immediate deletion)
1. Open Profile → Settings → Account. 2. Tap Delete account. 3. Review the confirmation message and confirm deletion.
When eligible, account deletion is processed immediately after you confirm. You will be signed out and your account credentials will no longer work.
Organizers with live or pending events cannot delete their account until those events are cancelled or finished. Draft, finished, and cancelled events you organize may be removed when your account is deleted.
Web and other requests
You may also submit an account deletion request at niawu.com/deleteaccount or contact Niawu using the contact details in this Privacy Policy. Web requests may require identity verification before processing.
When your account is deleted, Niawu generally removes or disconnects data tied directly to your account, including:
Deletion is permanent. Deleted accounts cannot be restored through the app.
Even after account deletion, certain information may be retained, remain visible, or be processed where legally permitted or required, including:
Account deletion does not automatically delete data that organizers or other users lawfully received before deletion (for example, where you opted in to organizer communications). Unsubscribing from one organizer's newsletter does not automatically unsubscribe you from Niawu communications or from other organizer communications.
Refusing marketing communications does not prevent you from using the core Niawu platform or purchasing tickets.
